Hello! My name is Amy Jakubec, and I’m thrilled to be joining Cremona School as the Grade 5 teacher and elementary physical education instructor for the upcoming school year. I grew up on a farm just outside Viking, Alberta, and I hold a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry along with a degree in Elementary Education from The King’s University. This will be my second year teaching, and I’m excited for this amazing journey!
Outside of the classroom, I’m passionate about working with kids through coaching. In my spare time, I love staying active in sports, spending time with family and friends, baking delicious treats and spending time in Hot Springs. I can’t wait to get to know the students, staff, and families here in Cremona and work together for a fantastic year ahead. Let’s make it an amazing one!
